  1. What is included in the fee?
    All tickets include open bar and hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening. Supporter class ticket buyers can invite up to 4 attendees and will be noted by having different color name tags.

  2. What’s with the C22 Roll Number?
    To simplify how everyone interacts and exchanges contact information at the events each attendee will be given a Roll Number based on when they purchase their ticket for their first event. When we call people up to participate we will use your Roll Number and it will appear on your name tag along with your first name. Roll Numbers are given out on a first come, first served basis and will be your permanent Roll Number in the C22Connect community for future events. With that in mind, lower numbers have a bit of cache (and no other advantages) showing that you were one of the first to support the C22Connect community.

  3. How many business cards should I bring to hand out?
    None. Since there are so many different ways people prefer to be contacted after the event we provide a database of everyone who attended along with their preferred contact information.

  4. If we aren’t handing out business cards who will I keep track of people I meet?
    While you’re at the event you will be given a “Connect Card” that has the Roll Numbers of everyone in attendance. When you meet someone you would like to contact after the event you simply mark off their Roll Number on your Connect Card and look up those numbers in the member database after the event.

  5. Why do you prefer we use the Connect Cards and member database for exchanging contact info?
    First, not everyone has business cards to hand out or wants to give out their corporate or day job contact info. Second, not everyone has a LinkedIn profile, texting number, Insta handle, etc. that they want to make available to the public. Add in all the different ways people may prefer to connect and the roll system makes following up consistent no matter who you meet. No worrying about how to spell their name or how they prefer to be contacted. It also helps everyone feel comfortable at the event since we don’t advertise company names or titles on your name tag and everyone comes to the table on equal standing.

  6. Am I going to have to go on stage for this thing?
    Maybe, but don’t worry, it’ll be very laid back. No awkward ice breakers to put you on the spot. No pop quizzes about business best practices or previous answers. No elevator pitches or canned introductions (seriously, we WILL cut you off if you try). The goal of C22Connect is to get into deeper and more meaningful conversations about running a business in today’s environment. With that in mind, we’ll be encouraging everyone to tell us what they think at times throughout the night.

  7. Can I invite other people to this invite-only event?
    Yes, but please let us know first. We curate the guest list for each event to balance different voices and experiences in the room, but if there’s someone that would enjoy and benefit from the conversation we’d love to make room for them.

  8. What is the dress code?
    Business casual. While we want everyone to be comfortable, we do ask that you wear something at or above “jeans and a t-shirt” on the formal wear scale.
